What we do

As the Customer Success Team, we support our customers making product discovery effortless. Our job is to help them understand the Neocom product, get the most out of their advisors and drive their growth. We aim for providing data-backed impact on our customers’ business KPIs and high satisfaction.

Our Customers Success Team works closely together with our Sales and our Product team to provide the best and seamless experience for our customers.

Customer Success Managers help our customer to thrive, finding the best implementation type, keeping track of each product advisor’s key performance indicators and supporting customers to expand Neocom in different categories.

We also help them create excellent product advisors by transform product data feeds into use-case based questions.
